Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you may change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. From our website (on PC), click on the little man icon in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on the Subscriptions link on the right side of the page under Account details.
  3. Click on your account number beginning with #.
  4. Click on the red Cancel my subscription button on the bottom right of the screen. 

If you are unable to cancel your subscription on your own for any reason, Contact Us, and we can do it for you.
