Thank you for shopping with us! Because we offer both digital products and print-on-demand (POD) physical products, our fulfillment and shipping processes vary depending on what you purchase. Please review the details below.


1. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Delivery Method

  • Digital products are delivered via download link to your email.
  • Access is typically provided immediately after payment is successfully processed.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Contact us for assistance.

No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.


2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

All physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party manufacturing partner who will ship your order in plain, discreet packaging.

Order Processing Time

Because items are custom-made, processing typically takes:

  • 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping Times & Rates (POD Products)

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated shipping times after production are 1-8 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.


 

4. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


5. Address Accuracy

Orders are sent directly to production shortly after purchase. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items (POD Products)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item

We will coordinate with our manufacturing partner to provide a replacement when applicable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because POD items are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
