Complaint & Content Takedown Policy

1. Purpose. Ovid Games LLC is committed to addressing complaints regarding content published on https://www.lewddungeonadventures.com (the "Site") promptly and fairly. This policy explains how to submit a complaint, how complaints are handled, and the timelines for resolution.
2. How to Submit a Complaint. Any person may submit a complaint about content on the Site by contacting us at admin@lewddungeonadventures.com. Complaints should include: (a) the URL or specific location of the content in question; (b) a description of the issue or the basis for the complaint; and (c) contact information so that we may respond and, if necessary, request clarification. Complaints may be submitted by any individual, organization, or legal authority. We do not require the complainant to be a customer of the Site.
3. Acknowledgment. All complaints are acknowledged within two (2) business days of receipt.
4. Review and Resolution. Upon receipt of a complaint, we will review the identified content against this policy, our Content Moderation Policy, and applicable law. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) days of receipt. Where a complaint is substantiated, the content in question will be removed from the Site within five (5) business days of that determination, and in all cases within seven (7) days of the original complaint. Content alleged to be illegal is prioritized and may be removed immediately pending review.
5. Depicted Persons. Any person who believes they are depicted in content on the Site without their consent may contact us at admin@lewddungeonadventures.com. Note that all content on the Site is fictional and no real persons are depicted; however, any such claim will be investigated in good faith, and if any content were found to depict a real person without consent, it would be removed immediately.
6. Appeals. A complainant who disagrees with the outcome of a complaint may request a secondary review by replying to our resolution notice within fourteen (14) days. Secondary reviews are completed within seven (7) days of the request.
7. Records. We maintain records of all complaints received, actions taken, and resolution dates.
