Most of our products are digital in nature and delivered electronically, including PDFs, STL files, and subscription content. Because these items are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
If you are unable to access or download your purchase or if a file is defective, please contact us through our Contact page.
Subscriptions
Monthly memberships and recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. We do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already begun or for content already delivered.
Print Products
For physical products such as hardback books or printed materials, we can issue a refund only if the order has not yet entered the printing or fulfillment process. If you need to request a refund for a print order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Community Content purchases are treated as digital products and are non‑refundable once delivered.
