Content Moderation Policy

1. Scope. This policy governs all content published on https://www.lewddungeonadventures.com (the "Site"), operated by Ovid Games LLC ("we," "us"). It describes how content is created, reviewed, and controlled prior to and following publication.

 

2. Content Origin. All content available on the Site is created in-house by Ovid Games LLC. We do not host, sell, or distribute user-generated content. The Site does not offer upload functionality, user galleries, forums, or any other mechanism by which third parties may publish content to the Site. Because no third-party content is accepted, all content on the Site passes through our internal creation and review process before publication.

 

3. Review Process. All content is reviewed by Ovid Games LLC prior to publication to confirm compliance with this policy and with applicable law. Content found to be non-compliant at any stage—before or after publication—is corrected or removed.

 

4. Prohibited Content. The following content is strictly prohibited and will never be created, commissioned, published, or sold by Ovid Games LLC:

  • Any content depicting or referencing minors (any person or character under the age of 18) in sexual or suggestive contexts, whether real, fictional, drawn, rendered, or implied;
  • Any depiction of non-consensual sexual activity presented as real, or any content promoting or normalizing actual non-consensual acts;
  • Any depiction of a real, identifiable person without that person's documented consent, including the use of a real person's name, image, or likeness;
  • Any content that is otherwise illegal under the laws of Texas or that violates the rules of our payment processing partners or card network standards.

 

5. Fictional Content Statement. All characters appearing on the Site and in our digital products are entirely fictional. No real persons are depicted in any content. All fictional characters depicted in adult situations are represented as adults aged 18 years or older.
