Age Verification Policy

1. Scope. This policy describes the measures Ovid Games LLC takes to (a) restrict access to adult content on https://www.lewddungeonadventures.com (the "Site") to adults, and (b) ensure that no content on the Site depicts minors.

2. Visitor Age Restriction. The Site is intended solely for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in the visitor's jurisdiction, if higher). Before accessing the Site, all visitors are presented with an age verification splash screen requiring them to affirm that they are at least 18 years of age. Visitors who do not affirm their age are denied entry to the Site. The Site's terms of service further prohibit access or purchase by any person under 18.

3. Purchase Restriction. All purchases require acceptance of the Site's terms of service, which include a representation that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age.

4. Depicted Characters. All content sold on the Site consists of fictional digital works. All characters are fictional; no real persons are depicted in any content, and therefore no performer identification or age documentation (such as records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257) is applicable. All fictional characters depicted in adult situations are represented as adults aged 18 years or older. Content depicting or implying minors in any sexual or suggestive context is strictly prohibited under our Content Moderation Policy and is never created or sold.

5. Labeling. The Site and its products are clearly identified as containing adult content appropriate only for those 18 and older.
